About Phil Mandelbaum
Phil Mandelbaum is an award-winning writer, copywriter and copy editor; a veteran tech, media and business journalist; and a 360-degree omnichannel marketing strategist and content creator with 20 years experience telling compelling brand stories.
A co-creator of the content marketing division of The Associated Press and owner of consultancy Mandelbaum Marketing (A Thousand Words (ATW), launching soon), Phil most recently served as Content Director, Editor and Senior Writer for Customer Management Practice, producing and publishing digital journalism and thought leadership for 1,000s of marketing, customer experience and HR executives. Currently, he is publicist for Cat Brooks and the Anti-Police Terror Project, a nonprofit.
Previously, Phil worked in senior writing, editing, communications and marketing roles at Morgan Stanley, Barclays Capital and Ernst & Young, as well as for other large brands, startups, nonprofits, agencies, new and traditional media companies, and unique individuals such as Marianne Williamson and Dr. Melina Abdullah.
